Several Malaysian Universities (public and private) offer world-class courses at a relatively low cost compared to completing a similar course overseas. According to the recently released Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings that surveyed 1,300 universities in 97 locations worldwide, Malaysia has 22 universities on the list. Interestingly, Universiti Malaya ranked in the 65 th position in the world. Several universities showed remarkable improvement in the rankings.
